  • Lower body fat %.
    • Stick to allocated macros everyday by following a routine.
    • Lift weights and row during off-season.
    • Don’t bake desserts, unless it’s a special occasion and I’m bringing it to someone’s house.
    • Stick to the same few foods. (This will make it much easier at the grocery store too.)
    • Continue packing lunch and recess to school.
    • Eat lots of vegetables!
  • Become a better runner.
    • Always stretch after a run.
    • If some place is hurting, stretch and ice and (if really need to) go for physiotherapy.
    • Give 100% for all training sessions.
    • Do pushups when bored.
    • Don’t skip easy runs! And make sure they’re on grass.
    • Actually swim during the allocated swim session.
  • Do well in my studies.
    • Review lecture notes in between classes/when waiting for training to start.
    • Do homework if there’s spare time.
    • Do homework before going to sleep!
    • Prepare study notes at least 2 weekends in advance.
    • Read ahead if there’s time.
    • Don’t skip lectures.
  • Have more of a social life.
    • Make new friends.
    • Make new friends from other schools.
    • Make new friends who are not studying (aka older than me).
    • Meet up with primary school friends at the end of the year.
    • Say ‘Hi!’ to every ex-classmate.
    • Don’t say ‘no’ to social events just because I want to go home and lie in bed.
    • Go to every social event I’m invited to (unless scheduling conflicts prevent me from doing so).
  • Be more music-y.
    • Listen to the entire playlist IndieHaz puts up at the end of every month.
    • Listen to one new album (the entire thing!) once a month.
    • Practice guitar at least two times a week.
  • Keep up to date with current affairs.
    • Read The Economist once a week.
    • Read TIME once a week.
    • Make use of Reddit and/or Flipboard to find out current affairs.
    • Form an opinion on current affairs.
  • Get involved.
    • Get a job (if there’s time) during the holidays.
    • Do regular CIP at least once a week. (Either RunningHour or TTSH.)
    • Become part of an OT organising some cool event like TedX or some other seminar shit.
