- think at least one good thing about yourself and say it to yourself 
- let things sit (don't pick at it, let it just be) 
- you can't tell your friends that they're lying when they're saying good things about you that you don't believe 
- breathe and process why you're apologizing in the first place 
- try to open up and understand that people accept and give love differently 
- you are bright intelligent intuitive and have a way with words 
- i don’t understand how someone could be so self-aware and willing to continuously better themselves all while dealing with hard shit in their life???? like you’re actually so amazing????? : ) 
- be in the present, look around you and note surroundings when you feel overwhelmed 
- instead of asking for "am i right/are they wrong" ask a different question maybe 
- realize that there are grey areas between the black and the white 
- learn to put things aside 
- don't compare yourself to others since they could be going through worse 
- bad days don't negate good days at all 
- give yourself breaks 
- don't criticize or treat myself harshly 
- set one goal a day whether it be big or small 
- progress can be slow 
- my best is my best 
- you can't do every single thing in one day 
- you need to love yourself and be kind to yourself 
- don't take negative things said as a negative thing about you 
- you can't expect something your parents won't give you 
- you have to look for what you want in better places 
- you can't place too much judgement on yourself 
- sometimes it's good to recognize your feelings and let them be 
- realize that this is all you can do 
- stop with the 'buts' and the 'what if's' 
- start saying 'so what' to scary situations 
- keep processing things that happen but also channel that energy into good outlets
