- nina hagen best singer
- azealia banks best lyricist
- loona best girl group
- you can't change your sex
- surrogacy should not be legal
- the government should outlaw prostitution but only penalise pimps/buyers and give prostitutes a safe way out with financial and occupational help and counselling
- the alternative sexual landscape as a whole is awful and totally cringe but fetish iconography is really cool
- but there should absolutely not be a social movement based around fetishists or 'kinksters' (vomit) because then they're just ruining the whole thing for themselves lol. if people accept your deviancy then it's not deviant any more. 'cute' fetishists are disgusting. have some shame if it turns you on so much
- actors should not be allowed social media
- 'angstlos' for best nina hagen album
- social media should be banned for everyone or made anonymous
- websites should earn a single flat rate from advertising to stop the trend of manipulating people for seo
- margaret hamilton should have won best supporting actress in 1940 oscars
- cultural appropriation is really fun and cool
- the scarlet empress is the best film
- classical chinese is the best language
- guns shouldn't be legal but only so women can carry those little handbags with gun imprints on them without getting in trouble
- style should always come before narrative in filmmaking, style is the aspect of filmmaking that actually is loaded with political attitudes and exciting indecency. this includes any flourishes in the script
- 'representation' of gay people on film is incredibly patronising and the whole project only serves to undermine the incredible homosexual contributions to american acting and directing that already exist. bonus points if gay/lesbian films are super naturalistic, dull and clearly made in a style that appeals to no gay person ever. esp when people use terminology like 'telling our stories' when nobody would ever talk about straight romances like that or assume there's a singular heterosexual experience
- it is unbearably cringe to 'stan' someone who's still alive
- it's not my fault that i have really good taste and am right and that you have bad taste and are wrong
- celebrity culture has gone to the dogs. it no longer feels as if celebrities are doing a generous public service by being beautiful, charismatic and fuelling de-alienation dreams or jungian wish fulfilment (see garbo, dietrich, bacall/bogart), it's now as if in the act of 'stanning' we are unwittingly duped into supporting someone's plot of world domination and into being politically re-educated. an awe-prompted idol worship has turned into an egocentric but ultimately empty cult. celebrities should be collectively disowned and forced to give up their assets for this reason.
