what i should be doing:

• finishing some boring math
• transcribing interviews

what i'm doing instead:

• thinking about finishing the math tomorrow, right under the deadline
• thinking about spring break and how full of butterflies and how excited i am to once again look love in the eye and feel home
• wishing for sleep

WHY AM I WRITING THIS I HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO BE DOING INSTEAD (when astra told me not to burn out this semester i laughed, but i think this sudden bout of procrastination might be a symptom of a potential future burnout - starting to see why an overloaded schedule is warned against but oh how good next year will feel when it's all done)
