EXERCISE
- Cardio/weightlifting at the Rec at least twice a week
- Yoga at the Rec at least twice a week
- Long walk/run at least once a week (more once the weather gets warmer!)
HEALTHY HABITS
- Eat breakfast everyday
- Eat healthy lunch/dinner (lots of fruits and veggies)
- Order the drinks SKINNY!
- Get at least eight hours of sleep each night.
- Keep hydrated
- Walk as much as possible, take the stairs and get a pedometer
