EXERCISE

  • Cardio/weightlifting at the Rec at least twice a week
  • Yoga at the Rec at least twice a week
  • Long walk/run at least once a week (more once the weather gets warmer!)

HEALTHY HABITS

  • Eat breakfast everyday
  • Eat healthy lunch/dinner (lots of fruits and veggies)
  • Order the drinks SKINNY!
  • Get at least eight hours of sleep each night.
  • Keep hydrated
  • Walk as much as possible, take the stairs and get a pedometer
