so basically I think I can tweak the pumpkin muffin recipe to make those bright green cupcakes, but without the massive carb overload.
  pumpkin muffins ingredients:
  
    - egg 
- egg white 
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée - spinach blended with applesauce 
- 1 mashed banana 
- 1/2 cup almond butter - blended soaked raw cashews 
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 
- 2 scoops whey powder 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- cinnamon - vanilla extract 
- sea salt 
- nutmeg - probably leave out? or maybe cardamom
      
        - ..... that seemed... almost too easy. 
 
green cupcakes ingredients:
  
    - 2 cups ww flour 
- baking powder 
- baking soda 
- sea salt 
- egg 
- 3/4 cup maple syrup 
- 3/4 cup almond milk 
- 1/4 cup coconut oil 
- vanilla 
- 6oz bag spinach 
- 1/2 cup applesauce
