ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini, very thinly sliced
  • 1tblsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

preheat oven to 225degF

  • place zucchini slices between paper towel to help draw out water
  • place zucchini on parchment-lined baking sheets and brush with oil; season with salt.
  • bake for 2 hours, or until golden and crispy
  • fully cool before enjoying
