• drink water, stop being dehydrated
    • it's bad for your skin.
  • remove all makeup. every night. always.
    • stock up on a nice oil based makeup remover while you're at it.
  • don't skip breakfast!!
    • you can't lose much weight if you skip the most important meal of the day
  • exercise daily!
    • at least the sum of thirty to sixty minutes a day.
    • watch blogilates or dance.
    • focus on cardio!!
  • stop procrastinating so much
    • you're always so panicky. solve this by not being lazy!
  • remember to appreciate family
    • be nice to aunts, uncles, grandparents and parents-- they're only on this earth for so long.
    • be social with your cousins. they're not total strangers, they're still family.
    • love your little sister, she relies on you way too much. lighten up on her.
  • sleep at least seven hours a day.
    • your dark circles will get better, trust me.
  • save money instead of spending it
    • you'll be able to buy way nicer things in the future.
  • stop being so self-deprecating!
    • it's not cute and making yourself (and others) feel bad for your sadness and bitterness doesn't make things better.
  • drink tea with milk and read more before bed
    • soothing things ultimately soothe the mind
  • it's okay to be single
    • you have so many years ahead of you to love and sleep with whomever you wish
    • you'll really miss the days of not being responsible for others when you're not in a relationship
  • don't lie
  • be more open and try new things
    • you'll become a better, more well-rounded person and people will love you for it
  • stop trying to take control of every little thing
  • don't put labels on everything
