            - right now: ua + brow sugaring and nails every 3 weeks, not sure if facials would be great with this schedule though

            - follow a strict schedule of doing your nizoral treatment 
- to buy: microfiber towel + diffuser

            - to start: schedule a time when you take a break from work to stretch
