I want to lose so much weight, since I think I'm starting to look like a balloon ready to pop. I want to wear really huge clothes without looking big in them. That sounds weird but whatever
- eat 1/2 cup of Fitness cereal for breakfast with skimmed milk
- eat 1/2 cup of tuna for lunch
- another 1/2 cup of Fitness cereal for dinner
- eat not so much rice as possible even if it's really good huhuhu
- water! water! water!
- avoid sweets :(
- don't starve just eat less
- don't pig out on cheat days
- jog jog jog
- swim swim swim
- ab exercises
- die. -_-
