I want to lose so much weight, since I think I'm starting to look like a balloon ready to pop. I want to wear really huge clothes without looking big in them. That sounds weird but whatever

  • eat 1/2 cup of Fitness cereal for breakfast with skimmed milk
  • eat 1/2 cup of tuna for lunch
  • another 1/2 cup of Fitness cereal for dinner
  • eat not so much rice as possible even if it's really good huhuhu
  • water! water! water!
  • avoid sweets :(
  • don't starve just eat less
  • don't pig out on cheat days
  • jog jog jog
  • swim swim swim
  • ab exercises
  • die. -_-
