• Spend some time outside

  • Tidy up. Make sure everything is put away
  • Keep my thoughts organized and write write write
  • Clean up after myself
  • Keep my personal life PRIVATE
  • Do some form of exercise. Even for five minutes.
  • Write something. Anything.
  • Use essential oils
  • Use hand lotion
  • Take my medication when I'm supposed to take it
  • Spend some time with my animals
  • Write what i'm grateful for in my life
  • Use the coping skills I have learned when I start to feel overemotional or anxious
  • Talk to someone
  • Be mindful.
  • Stay in the present moment
