- Spend some time outside
- Go for a walk
- Brush teeth twice a day
- Shower, put on lotion
- Wash my make off before I go to bed
- Get a good night's sleep
- Go to bed and wake up at a decent time
- Drink water ALL day
- Take vitamins
- Read.
- Tidy up. Make sure everything is put away
- Keep my thoughts organized and write write write
- Clean up after myself
- Keep my personal life PRIVATE
- Do some form of exercise. Even for five minutes.
- Write something. Anything.
- Use essential oils
- Use hand lotion
- Take my medication when I'm supposed to take it
- Spend some time with my animals
- Write what i'm grateful for in my life
- Use the coping skills I have learned when I start to feel overemotional or anxious
- Talk to someone
- Be mindful.
- Stay in the present moment
