  • RAMEN, use only half the noodle brick, then add in broccoli, kale, green beans, egg.
  • GRAPES constant snacking. can also put in a little plastic take-along and take it w u to school etc. take a lil page out of Blair's book.
  • SOYMILK + SPECIAL K. soymilk helps u poop. special k is delish
  • ORANGES/CLEMENTINES. always been a favorite.
  • EDAMAME. you can mix in w some soy sauce and sesame oil. boom. dinner.
