  • not going out to every single event
  • staying home
  • taking care of what i need to get done
  • stop over analyzing and over thinking
  • aka, stop brooding
  • adhering to the boundaries i've made for myself
  • giving myself that grace i've already received
  • staying healthy and assertive
  • good communication on all ends
  • it's okay. i'm really not going to miss out on much.
