I only have three this time in the hopes of not overwhelming myself and giving up, which is what happens every year.
- Wake up 30 minutes earlier everyday for devotions in the MORNINGS, to pray, journal, and read.
- Spend at least 10 minutes everyday on CNN.com
- Go to the gym at least once a week. I am starting off small. This will eventually become 3 times a week. The reason? I need more endorphins. I need them.
Basically to achieve these things I need to alter my sleeping habits. Once it hits 1AM and I am not doing anything productive, I am going to bed. And I am waking up at 9AM. WHABAM THAT'S IT.
