- Morning Yoga in bed
- Yoga in general gives me energy
- Walk as much as possible (when it's safe to do so)
- The more I stretch, the more flexible I will eventually be
- If I keep doing push ups, I will be able to do more push ups
- Feeling the burn is a good thing (LOL)
- I like how I feel after I exercise
- Drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water
- Dance more
- Cleaning doesn't really count as exercise
- Stand more/ Lay in bed less
- Enjoy the sunshine (with sunscreen on)
- I love broccoli!
- Avocados are good for me
- Smoothies are a healthy treat
