• Morning Yoga in bed
  • Yoga in general gives me energy
  • Walk as much as possible (when it's safe to do so)
  • The more I stretch, the more flexible I will eventually be
  • If I keep doing push ups, I will be able to do more push ups
  • Feeling the burn is a good thing (LOL)
  • I like how I feel after I exercise
  • Drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water
  • Dance more
  • Cleaning doesn't really count as exercise
  • Stand more/ Lay in bed less
  • Enjoy the sunshine (with sunscreen on)
  • I love broccoli!
  • Avocados are good for me
  • Smoothies are a healthy treat
