In general, 2 straight work-out days & 1 day rest:

  • Morning routine
  • Tennis at least once a week
  • Run at least once a week
    • 4.4 kms and up
  • Swim or bike for variety
    • 1 km and up for swims
    • 30-40 minute bike rides
  • Touch rugby and football when I can
