I may not know a lot of things about what I want, but I know the kind of life I want to lead and I know the work ethic I want to develop. It involves continuing to be and trying to be more:

• Balanced
• Competent
• Critical
• Direct
• Disciplined
• Driven
• Hard-working
• Honest
• Polite
• Punctual

I still worry about authenticity and the so-called honest thing, but “I'm (mostly) ready to be an ambitious young professional.”

Update: To have a future in a career that fits my personality and values and to work towards the little improvements everyday. Some things to work on:

• Attention to detail
• Precise, readable, analytic writing
• Expand knowledge base
  • Gain quanti chops (!)
• Not to lose myself or to lose sight of what matters
  • From what is merely urgent to what is truly important
