Essay Describe Harry's feelings for Hogwarts, his school, as compared to the Dursley house where he lives with his aunt and uncle from what is detailed in Chapter One.
Harry's feelings toward Hogwarts in "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets" in Chapter One can compare to his feelings toward his feelings toward the Dursley house. Harry's feelings toward Hogwarts are very lonely and though no one has been paying enough attention to him. Hermoine and Ron have not written to him all summer, and have even forgotten his birthday. These feelings can compare to the Dursley house in the way that Harry also feels very alone there, despite the fact that he lives with family. His aunt and uncle have also forgotten his birthday, and are more focused on a dinner party which they are having for a business prospect of Uncle Vernon's.
