- at least 7 hours of sleep / day
- at least 2 litres of water / day
- a filling breakfast every day (eggs are nice)
- dinner = last time to eat
- brown rice > white rice
- breakfast: eggs, oats, protein, quinoa
- veggies: asparagus, brocolli, celery, garlic, lettuce, peppers, spinach, tomatoes
- wise fruits: apple, avocado, banana, cherry, moderate amounts of melon (including cucumber), pear, etc
- evil: dried fruits, fruit juice, etc
- wise drinks: green tea, cranberry juice, roasted coffee w/ no additional ingredients
- wise protein: fish (mackarel, salmon, etc)
- wise others: olive oil, seaweed, organic yogurt, spicy food!
- use other alternatives for coping with stress
