  • wise drinks: green tea, cranberry juice, roasted coffee w/ no additional ingredients
  • wise protein: fish (mackarel, salmon, etc)
  • wise others: olive oil, seaweed, organic yogurt, spicy food!
  • use other alternatives for coping with stress
