- I am feeding Starbucks at least 40% of my bi-weekly paychecks. This is money that could be spent on grad school application fees. 
 
    - They are high in calories and I don't want to put on weight for the sake of a drink 
 
    - I get addicted to them quickly, buying 2 or 3 of them in a day. No bueno for the bank account or for maintaining belly flatness. 
 
    - My doctor told me to avoid caffeine as much as possible. 
 
    - The sugar makes me break out and I like having clear skin.
