- Punk episode of CHiPs (“Battle of the Bands,” 1982) Ponch and Jon encounter a punk rock band and their spiky-haired fans, playing up the punk-as-menace trope.
- “Quincy, M.E.” Punk Rock Episode (“Next Stop, Nowhere,” 1982) Infamous episode where Quincy investigates a murder at a punk club; punks are portrayed as dangerous, nihilistic youths.
- Mary “the Punk” Smith – EastEnders (1980s) A rebellious punk single mother, memorable for her mohawk and defiant presence in the long-running British soap.
- “Punky Business” – The Goodies (1977) A satirical British sitcom episode where the characters fully embrace punk fashion and music, parodying the trend.
