- raju, my cat of 12 years, died of cancer
- i lived in brooklyn alone for a few months
- laysik eye surgery corrected my 20 years of bad vision
- my grandmother was killed in an accident by a car, another person we know seriously injured in a terrible car accident
- sold the mile high club, my night club/bar for a year
- went to vancouver for adam's cousin's wedding
- lara and randy got married
- lovemakers released their cd on interscope
- visited the playboy mansion (with lovemakers)
- went camping for the first time in years (with lisa, toph, adam, autumn, etc)
- malka and kristy got married
- went to berlin, spain and amsterdam with adam (thought of moving there for a possible job for adam)
- went to new orleans for the first time a week before the hurricane (with richard)
- i learned a valuable lesson on love & trust
- saw fireworks on the fourth of july for the first time in years
- one year painful existential crisis (leaving me be for now) probably brought on by mass death around the world: tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, aids: mother nature was rough this year?
