- Sunshine Meadows - Sunshine Village ski resort gondola ride to the ski resort. Once at the top, you take the Standish Express Quad chairlift to the beginning of the super-easy downhill hike back to the upper gondola building

ICEFIELDS PARKWAY DRIVE (fill car with gas/3 to 5 hours/ Jasper turnoff easy to miss and no reception so do Google maps before)

JASPER National Park
- ✔ Easy to miss turn off from Jasper so keep lookout
- ✔ FOOD: Earl’s (so good), Downstream, Raven, Indian, Kimchi House, Mad Grizzly
- ✔ Because it stays light out til 10pm late afternoon hikes are nicer to avoid crowds and families
- ✔ Downtown (so cute)
- ✔ Sunwapta Falls (20 mins short hike that’s 40 mins from Jasper - also do the lower falls trail!)
- ✔ Athabasca Falls (just off highway) Incredible! Do surrounding trails down to the beach and you can also walk along the rushing river along the forest line near highway.
- ✔ Valley of the 5 Lakes (3 miles/2 hrs) hiking trail 10 mins from Jasper. For 2 hr hike, less STEEP, start at Lake 1 (at fork go to lake 2, 3, 4, end at 5). There is a big hike that goes all around Lake 1 (we just did a little, turned back, then headed to Lake 2, etc). Beautiful!
- ✔ Bike Rentals — e-bike to Fairmont Lodge, Edith Lake, Annette Lake loop! Beautiful!
- Pyramid and Patricia Lakes hikes
- Old Fort point hike
- ✔ Maligne Canyon - trail 1 hrs/2 miles (15 mins from Jasper) --Do 1 thru 4 bridges (you can add 5 bridge and even park at 5 if you want a longer hike). The first four bridges are fairly close together, and it only takes around 15-30 minutes to walk from the first to the fourth bridge, depending on how long you stop to soak in the views. The fifth bridge is another 15 minutes on, and then the sixth bridge is another 35 minutes away on.
- Medicine Lake (30 mins away)
- ✔ Edith Cavell Meadows Trail (amazing) - 40 mins from Jasper - 5.1-mile loop 3.5hrs - do counter clockwise. You can do an abbreviated version of this as well. Definitely take the side hike down to the glacier pool over all the rocks. BEAR AND BUG spray needed. Look for marmots.
- Maligne Lake - Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake by boat only - 45 mins from Jasper)
