a (★★★★★) rating for media means i consider it a masterpiece and eagerly recommend it to the general population. it doesn't necessarily mean i'm a bigger fan of the thing - some media is objectively not as good but holds a bigger spot in my heart. music taste is too subjective to rank like this.
