- EVERY DAY:
- Smoothie (ingredients interchangeable but all are important!)
- Turmeric (Anti-Inflammatory - 2 heaping tsp.)
- Flax meal or Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend (Omega 3, 6, 9, GLAs)
- Simply Grapefruit juice (Vitamin C)
- Carrot juice (Beta Carotene, Vitamin C)
- Broccoli and/or swiss chard (Vitamins A, C, B9) (Biotin)
- Avocado oil (Vitamins A, E, D, Bs, and EFA's)
- Coconut water (Potassium, lots of hydration!)
- Zinc capsules or pumpkin oil (Zinc, Tryptophan, Magnesium)
- Liquid iron + B vitamin supplement
- General:
- Vitamin C, Antioxidants - Pomegranate juice
- Rice protein powder
- Fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, vegetables, dark leafy greens, organic everything
