It feels cold, isn't is? Is it raining outside? Or is it just the temperature? You know, the cold weather can affect your health, so it's important to keep yourself warm.
If it's cold cause it's raining outside, make sure to bring an umbrella or wear a raincoat or any clothes in layer to keep yourself warm and dry if you're going outside.
But the best thing to do is stay on your room and warm yourself. You can do so by drink a warm or hot beverages, but make sure to drink it right way or else it will be cool down. The warm or hot foods will also do!
The other thing you can do is to wrap yourself in a warm and comfortable clothes. If you're still feeling cold, wrap yourself around the warm blanket.
If you don't feel like covering yourself, then you should be active as you could. Move, move, move! It's a great way to keep your body heating up as warm as you could. Besides, it also prevent muscle loss, well muscles are important to gain some body heat.
