Hydration is the key when your body heating up. When the weather is hot, your body will produce more sweat and it reduces your water content. That's why it's important to make yourself stay hydrated to prevent yourself from dehydration. Avoid the afternoon sun! The sun is the hottest during afternoon and the sunlight during the time is not the best. If it's cold cause it's raining outside, make sure to bring an umbrella or wear a raincoat or any clothes in layer to keep yourself warm and dry if you're going outside. But the best thing to do is stay on your room and warm yourself. You can do so by drink a warm or hot beverages, but make sure to drink it right way or else it will be cool down. The feelings are quite similar when you're get bored, but there's a huge difference on them, cause when you get tired, you don't have much energy left so you can't really do anything that consume your energy. There's a lot of things behind the tiredness. Can it be not enough sleep, poor diet, stress, or any other life style issues. When you're tired, you might need some energy. To gain some energy, get some good foods! A good way to keep up your energy is by eating your four healthy and five perfect meals! Move, move, move!
