The sun shines so bright, but more like, hot. When the weather is stinging hot, it's important to keep yourself cool.

Make sure yourself to drink a lot of water. Hydration is the key when your body heating up. When the weather is hot, your body will produce more sweat and it reduces your water content. That's why it's important to make yourself stay hydrated to prevent yourself from dehydration.

Avoid the afternoon sun! The sun is the hottest during afternoon and the sunlight during the time is not the best. Sunburn mostly happen during the time, so if you really need to go outside, make sure to dress properly or at least use a sunblock.

Dress properly, but more like, dress comfortably. Don't wear a tight clothes. Instead, wear the loose one, the breathable one, so that your body won't get too sweaty.

Stay in your room, turn on the fan or air conditioner, or compress your body with ice packs or anything cold. Um, having a cold beverage or ice cream sounds perfect anyway.
