Why are you still awake at this hour? Don't you feel sleepy? You better go to your bed and get yourself to sleep. >:[

You know, it's not good to stay up late. You might get sleep deprived due to lack time of sleep. OR even worse, you'll get sleepy at the day and ended up sleep all day like the way I did. Then you can't sleep at night.

I once attend a webinar about sleeping. I'm not going to talk about the webinar, but let me just suggest you some things I got there to help you sleep.

To put it simple, everything I got from the session were: self mindfulness. That was something to relax yourself, something like meditation. I've been doing that these past months and actually it helps a bit.

It was actually a relaxing music sounds. Idk whether it works on you, cause it actually works the way ASMR did. If it didn't work, get a glass of warm water or milk. Idk whether it works on you again. :[

There's another tips: you need to get to your bed and get up at the same time. Though you're not sleepy yet, just go to your bed. Who knows, you'll fall asleep in any time soon.

If you still can't sleep, maybe you need to do something boring to trigger your drowsiness. Like, read some news, play some old games like sudoku, or anything else. I don't really recommend this way, cause it might cause otherwise, it might makes you wide awake.

Relax is actually the key to get yourself fall asleep. You need to get relaxed before you sleep. I really recommend you do to some self mindfulness, listen to a calming lullaby, turn off the light, and turn off your phone. Close your eyes, count the sheeps.

If that can't works too, you might need to get some medicine. I recommend you to get the herbal ones before the chemical one.
