Uh oh, what a long long day, isn't it? You don't feel like doing anything or you don't know what to do? You're bored.
It's pretty normal to feel bored. You might be doing your daily routinity and it's getting boring when it gets monotonous. The books and the movies you love doesn't seem interesting and you're getting sick of your favorite song.
Chill, there's actually lot of things to do when you don't really know what to do. There are plenty of ways to make those activities more meaningful, more productive, or at least, more fun.
If you're getting bored by the things you frequently did, why don't you try something you barely did before? You're might be bored being in the house all day long, why don't you take a small walk outside?
Clean your house! I know it's not a fun thing to do, but it will give you a satisfaction when you walk around your clean and tidy house! You can also rearrange and redecorate your house to give it a fresh and new atmosphere!
Practice yoga or meditation. I know you don't really have anything to do, that's why you're getting bored. Can I consider that you don't really have anything in mind? Then you can gain your focus while doing yoga or meditation!
Do some treatment to yourself. You might not going anywhere and stay at home, but why don't you try to dress yourself in your bestest clothes, paint your nails, do some skincare, and do some make up. Take a look on the mirror and admire your beauty!
Practice your skills! Is there anything you loved to do? Your hobbies? OR anything you never tried before but you want to try? While you have a spare time and don't know what to do, it's the perfect time to do those things!
I pointed that try something you never try before are the most interesting things to do! There's actually a lot of them (for me, since I barely do anything), learn a new language, bake a cookies, sew and knit the clothes, and anything else.
When you know what to do, I'm pretty sure time will flies so fast till you didn't even notice that a day has passed. No more boredom!
