Hey, you've been smiling a lot today. Is there anything interesting happening today? Well, that's a good thing! Do I ever tell you before? You have the brightest smile ever. I'm pretty much sure the sun might get jealous of the brightness. You're beautiful, but you are the most beautiful when you're smiling. Please don't ever lose that beautiful smile of yours cause happiness suits you better!
I know you're already happy, but there's actually some simple things to do to make you happier. The simplest thing are by keeping the smile on your face. Keep smiling to everyone that you met. They say a smile is contagious, you would make another people smile, and that's a good thing!
Talk to your friend or your family. The sense of closeness and camaraderie might brighten up your mood more than anything else. Just like what I said about a smile is contagious, the same applies for any positive energy you brings.
Do something good and help the people around you. When you spread the kindness and the happiness, people around you would also feel the positive energy you brings. It surely feel great to know that you can affect people in positive ways, don't you think so?
Then, what about exercise? I know it might not something that crossed on your mind atm, but it actually hold a huge impact and effect on your happiness. You can do the exercise by the simplest way, what about work out at home? By work out, your body releases endorphins and they create a sense of euphoria. That's where the happiness come from.
Eat some good foods, yum. I've read it somewhere, there are foods that proven to make you happier. I forgot the exact foods but they are some kind of fruits, chocolates, etc. To simplify it, why don't you have your favorite foods?
This one is the most important thing: do anything you want to do. Spend your time to the fullest, do something fun, then laugh! Laughter releases endorphins like exercise did, it's a great mood booster.
And even if you're having so much fun, make sure that you're having an enough rest as well! A good rest will eventually boost up your clarity and mood.
