Use anything to calm down, in this case, use your imagination. Close your eyes and imagine yourself doing things you love. Don't forget to adjust your breath. Inhale, exhale.
Splash some cold water to your face, or you can just take a cold shower. How does it feels? Fresh, right? Nice.
Think about your loved ones. There might be lotta people that pissed you off and irk you. But don't you have your loved ones too? Talk to them, the one that truly loves you will be worried and they surely will listen to you.
Let go. Forgive the people that made you mad. It doesn't mean they're right and you're wrong. It doesn’t mean forgetting what they did either. It means you're allowing yourself to release the burden of your pain and anger so you can move on with your life.
Try to replace the negative, angry thoughts with the positive, rational ones. Even if you're feeling upset, remind yourself that it won't fix anything.
