Oh no, who hurt you, sweetheart? Is there anything horrible happened today? Where did the beautiful smile of yours go? Though you are already beautiful just the way you are, the frown on your face kinda lessen your beauty.
It's so sadden me to see you sad, but it's alright. It's okay to be sad, it's humane, but don't get drown on your sadness for too long. You can cry, if that makes you feel better. You can do anything to make you feel better, but I hope you won't do anything that harm yourself.
Sometimes, you get overwhelmed by feeling blue. But, hey, I have some suggestion of things to do when you're sad. It's actually quite similar when you're happy.
Say, yesterday, you woke up and feel good. You had a good sleep and you're doing things that brighten your mood. Say, today, you woke up feeling like a shit. You might don't have a good sleep, but you'll still doing things you did before.
It's okay, there's actually nothing much to do, cause you need to revive, but there's a little thing to do to boost up your mood, the similar things to do when you're happy. The same activities to reach the same results: to be happier.
Exercise! A few minutes of doing so will eventually make a difference. When you work out, your body releases endorphins, they create a sense of euphoria. Even just taking a short walk each day can reduce stress, depression, and anxiety.
Get some sleep! I know it's a tiring and a long day, you deserve a good rest and a good sleep. How much sleep are you getting? Even if you don't feel like sleeping, force yourself to get enough sleep!
Get some good foods! If you don't feel like eating anything, go get some foods that you love. Even though you don't have the appetite, I'm pretty sure you can't refuse your favorite foods!
Acknowledge your achievement. You must be tired, but, hey, you've struggled a lot and you've come this far, wow! You did so great! You've been through on so many things yet you're still holding on. Be proud of yourself!
Talk to your friend or your family. Even if you don't feel like to talk to anyone and you need time alone to recharge, too much isolation is bad for you. The company might be something that you need. You might feeling lonely, but please know that you're not alone.
Do anything fun, then laugh! Laughter releases endorphins just like exercise did. Even though you don't feel to laugh, you can try with doing something fun, watch some comedy movies, joking around with your goofy friends, or anything else.
You can also do anything that you love. Like, your hobbies? You've been occupied with things that might stressed you. Now it's time to focus on things that spark your interest!
Also, don't forget to be grateful for all the good things that you're getting. Thank to yourself, thank to everyone around you, thank to God.
I once made this somehow. You can always read the padlet (http://padlet.com/sugarddabby/you_did_great) whenever you feel down and blue. It might be nothing much, but I hope it could make you feel much better! Remember that you're not alone, you have your loved ones.
Remember that the sadness is temporary. There will be rainbow after storm. I hope you'll get better!
