It's a long and tiring day, isn't it? You don't feel like doing anything and all you wanted to do was just to take a rest.

The feelings are quite similar when you're get bored, but there's a huge difference on them, cause when you get tired, you don't have much energy left so you can't really do anything that consume your energy.

There's a lot of things behind the tiredness. Can it be not enough sleep, poor diet, stress, or any other life style issues.

When you're tired, you might need some energy. To gain some energy, get some good foods! A good way to keep up your energy is by eating your four healthy and five perfect meals!

Move, move, move! Exercise might be the last thing on your mind since you're feeling so tired, but in fact, a regular exercise will make you feel less tired. Also you're feeling tired due to the excess weight you gain, you need to lose your weight and exercise will help a lot.

Sleep! Did you sleep enough? Did you sleep well? How many times did you sleep? Lack of sleep and messy bedtime will affect you a lot. Know that the sleep time at night can't be replaced during the day.

Practice yoga or meditation. It might consume your focus, but promise me, it will help you relax, reduce your stress, and boost your energy. It's really worth to try! Once you feel the benefit, you'll get addicted to it.

Drink less caffeine! I know you love caffeine, but know that it's no good for you when you're tired. It's better to cut it out, eventually, but if it's hard for you to do so, you can try to lessen it.

Instead, drink more mineral water! Sometimes, you're just tired cause you were dehydrated. Besides, mineral water is good for your body.

Also, don't forget to take some good rest! That's the most important thing to do when you're tired. Rest well!
