It's been a very long time without Jade thinking about Smith. The last memory she recalls of him was on High School graduation day. "Has it really been that long?", Jade asked herself while scrolling down his Instagram feed. They've reconnected on there. She set her phone down and continued to get some of her workload done. Making sure the latest web issue of the online Magazine that she worked at went up was a big job. Not only that but her best friend, Katie, is also her boss. Jade spent her college life glued to a computer. Learning code was hard until it wasn't anymore. Plenty of Professors wanted her to work for them after she graduated college. Jade didn't want to settle. She knew that the pay would surely suck. Knew that Boston wasn't enough for her. Wanted everyone to know her name and her self worth. Jade was very selfaware of her surroundings. How she craved more. 

It was time to head back to Seattle. Jade had this idea imbeded into her mind for a year now. She missed how things used to be. The ease of the place. Her whole family still lived in Seattle. Jade missed her brother the most. It felt like they were twins. Harry Harrison could just tell when Jade needed to rant, or when she just needed change. Moving back to Seattle would be one of the biggest changes she'd face. 

Jade made sure that she went house hunting down there before going back for good.She didn't want to rush into anything. Didn't want to move back into her childhood room. Jade found the best condominium out there. It had a pool and fitness center, two of the main items on her long list. Of course she also got that walk-in closet that she has always wanted. Her new place will even have a dog park nearby. 

The college in Boston barely had any spare room and the place she has now is rundown with all the roommate's she has. Do you know how hard it can be when you bring someone home or when you mast.urbate and you have to keep quiet? Jade couldn't wait to live alone. Not having to deal with other people's drama, boyfriends, girlfriends, random conquests, clothes everywhere that don't belong to you. 

Jade's phone let out a beep alerting her of a text message;  "Can't wait to see you out here. Let me know your schedule" - Smith
