- Don't rush to wear maternity clothes, because soon enough you will have no other option
- Go to the gym as long as possible, because soon enough you won't be able to.
- Check your weight gain regularly, so it is not a shock when you don't check for 3 months
- Don't stand for too long/do too much, because you will feel worn out afterwards
- When tossing and turning at 4am, get out of bed, make herbal tea, read your pregnancy book, make a list, etc its better than annoying your husband
- Save those pity party moments for when you really need them, because then it is soo nice to get that foot rub, dinner made, etc
- don't stress about drinking coffee, eating lunch meat, bumping into something, seriously the kid is fine in there
- Don't google everything that can go wrong with you or the baby, its all horror stories on the internet and most things are out of your control
- Do stop drinking and smoking, it is good to take a break anyway. Its amazing how cool it is to go 9 months without a hangover
