So, I barely finished last year's. So, I'm gonna combine my two trackers this year and do weekly check-ins because everyday was way too overwhelming for me.
- Jan 1st-Jan 7th: The week was pretty rough for me. I had my happy moments. But a lot of struggle.
- Jan 8th-Jan 14th: This week was also kinda rough but not all bad. I felt sick often.
- Jan 15th-Jan 21st: I was on and off this week.
- Jan 22nd-Jan 28th: My depression and anxiety were really bad this week. Fibro too. I had my happy moments. But it largely was a very rough week.
- Jan 29th-Feb 4th: Another depression week.
- Feb 5th-11th: Yet another depression week.
