• sketch lightly and erase marks you don't want to be visible
• try sketching with colored pencil in the main color of your drawing
• kuretake are more opaque so may cover pencil better
• sketch very lightly and mostly to get the shapes in, you can always refine lines more later when the watercolor has dried.
• when you're working with dark colors you can work with normal pencil without worrying, but if you're worried about using light colors you could use a colored pencil in a the color of your highlights (like yellow) and it will blend in pretty well!
• seeing sketch can be part of charm so don't worry too much!
