- despite the fact that I have to drive 75893405 billion miles to get around, the investment I made in a hybrid evens it out.
- despite the fact that north side has really nothing to offer, we do have a few goldmines, i.e. potato patch.

- despite the fact there are 758349758 billion lights within a matter of one mile, it's nice to check out the new businesses that pop up overnight.
- despite the fact that being stuck in traffic is a constant, it's nice when my phone plays the right song at the right time to set my mood the rest of the ride home.
- despite the fact that I can't wait to leave this place, my most memorable and favorite times have been in the car, driving in the wee hours of the night, with my friends, blasting the radio to Smokey Robinson's "Cruisin", or Curtis Mayfield's "Superfly", singing off key, trying to get to our destination before 12am.
