Hot Chocolate mug Brownie w/marshmallows:6 tbsp hot chocolate mix

4 tbsp flour3 tbsp water2 tbsp melted butter1/2 tsp vanilla (peppermint would be great as well) handful of mini marshmallows microwave on high for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes

Makes 2 mug cakes INGREDIENTS1 overripe banana1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)1 large egg2 teaspoons granulated sugar, or alternative sweetener 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1⁄4 cup add-ins of your choice, including chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit PREPARATION Mash the banana in a large mug with a fork. Add the nut butter and egg and mix thoroughly. Stir in the sugar and cocoa and beat until smooth. Fold in the add-ins. Divide the batter between two mugs. Microwave separately for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes each until risen and firm. Topping Ideas: Whipped cream, peanut butter whipped cream, chocolate whipped cream, ganache, chocolate sauce, or candied nuts.

1/2 ripe banana1 oz chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)1 1/2 tablespoons flour1 1/2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon butter1 heaping tablespoon Nutella

Directions: Add banana to mug and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients.

Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, stir well with a fork. Microwave 1-2 minutes more until it looks like a brownie (depending on your microwave, mine took an additional minute and 10 seconds for a total of 1min 40sec).
