  • do things ASAP, small or big just do it before you forget!
  • continue being positive/cheerful
  • cut out more junk food from diet
  • get rid of muffin top
  • clear out more (+ go to the dump and throw out larger amounts of stuff/bigger things)
  • don't weigh any more than 9.5 stone
  • comfortably fit back into old jeans
  • add new things to diet
  • edit a 10 year montage (ideally by summer, but doesn't matter if it's later than that)
  • find a new hobby/interest?
  • read more
  • if in doubt, shut your mouth
  • eat more yoghurts
  • get a (bearable) job by spring
  • don't check up on old people, there has never been a time when any good has come from it so don't bother. ever!
  • make more of an effort with dinners
  • feel like I'm really good at something
  • be able to observe other peoples' success without feeling like a failure
  • don't take people unfollowing you/deleting you etc so personally
  • no longer feel like I'm "back at square one" again
  • stop sitting on my legs so much when at the pc
