sometimes it's easy to get upset when you get nostalgic, it hurts missing things so much and knowing you can't go back to those times, so I wanted to write this list to help in times like that
remember:
- be happy that you experienced those things and that you were lucky enough to, even though they aren't happening right now they will always be a part of you and your life
- be happy that you have lots of videos and photos to look back on and relive moments - a lot of people don't have as many photos as you do and certainly don't have as many videos/vlogs!
- no time in life is 100% perfect, every year there would have been something that was worrying, annoying, boring or lacking in something that maybe you have now, so be grateful that although some things are over there are others things now that are better than the past
- it doesn't mean there won't be any fun times or anything exciting and happy in the future just because certain happy times in the past are over
