• prioritize sleep more often

  • update my dream journal more often
  • finish organizing files on external hard drives

  • go for walks more often - more than once a week (go out in the early morning more often!)
  • finish going through all of nan's/nan's family's diaries
  • don't eat junk food everyday
  • keep weight under 10st
  • ? stop procrastinating editing, writing and organizing!
  • clear out/tidy up all the stuff outside my door
  • plant flowers in the garden for spring/summer
  • clear out the shelves in my bedroom cupboard as much as possible
  • if you ever need to stand up for yourself, do so unapologetically

  • stop being quite as extensively honest with dan about how you feel about your sensitivities & his behaviour/personality/differences -- sometimes it goes too far and you just shoot yourself in the foot
