• i will not accept food just because it was offered to me
• i will not accept food just because someone made it to me
• i will not let my body consume what is disrespectfull to me, that keeps me from achieving my goal
• i will no longer accept any behaviour with food that harms me
• i will no longer be the person that harms myself with food
• i will no longer be the person who purposely abuses my body
