So I have been working out close to everyday now, but in the middle of a conversation with someone I realized that i really don't have an end goal. It was more just a really vauge "I want to get in shape" well of course that's what I want. But to be more specific:

  • Tone up midsection
      • Love Handles (gross)
      • Stomach
  • Tighter butt
  • Toned arms

MAIN GOAL:

  • Rock a 2 piece by summer
  • Size 6 or 8 (I'm already in an 8 in certain brands)

Also think it would be BA to run a marathon by summer, or even a half marathon.
