Burns

• Run cool water over burn
• Apply ointment

Sprains

• Apply ice
• Do not apply heat

Drug overdose/poison ingestion

• Call poison control
• Do not induce vomiting
• Keep drug/product

Nose bleeds

• Lean forward and pinch below nasal bone
• Do not lean back

Food blockages

• Perform Heimlich maneuver if person cannot cough

• Take fever reducer

• Call 911
• Only move the person if they are in a dangerous position or area
