When I feel like I haven't been eating well, I'll stick to this diet to put myself back on the right track. I'm currently on this, only from Monday-Friday. I already accidentally had a cookie and a couple strips of chicken in my salad. I won't kill myself over it, but I won't do it again either...

Rules are:

  • No meat
  • No fried foods
  • No carbs (breads, pasta, potatoes)
  • No desserts
  • No sugary drinks
  • No junk food (chips etc.)
  • Cut back on cheese/dairy products

It's tough, but I know I can do it! Here are foods I will allow myself to eat

  • Fish, other seafood (in small amounts)
  • Oatmeal
  • Veggies
  • Salad
  • Tofu
  • Nuts
  • Water
  • Naked Juice
  • Eggs
  • Cereal (low sugar)
  • Yogurt
