  • 200g butter
  • 200g baking chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1⁄4 cup SR flour
  • 180g chocolate chips (milk, white or dark)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

method

preheat oven to 160. melt butter and baking chocolate together. add cocoa and sugar, mix well. add eggs, one at a time. mix in flour. stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. bake 30-35 minutes.
