• 2 cups SR flour
• 1 tsp bicarb soda
• 2 tblsp cocoa
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 85g margarine or butter
• few drops vanilla essence

method

beat all ingredients together for five minutes. spoon mixture into cupcake pan, filling two-thirds. bake at 180 degrees celsius until skewer comes out clean.
