- on a "no added sugar and beer" thing this month
- tried these alcohol alternatives (brand called ritual). the tequila alternative is spicy and good!
- mildly annoyed that my weight "isn't improving". not the best mental state concerning weight. actually i think i know why. before i was constantly active (walking, working out) over a month (total ~8000 cal). and 10,000+ steps a day (on avg).
- avoiding sugar isn't that hard for me. sometimes i miss beer but not bad.
- since starting running, i've been sleeping better! also, i stop looking at the computer at 8:45 to 9pm.
- get 30+ min walk every day
- bought キムチ when we went to the asian market w the family. want to improve digestion.
- determined to learn grades 1-6 漢字! related: using anki again
- media tings: death note (before bed), jp dramas: 朝顔 & 天国と地獄 after recs from mama, star trek discovery (pretty great so far :'>), we finished tribes of europa on netflix
